We stayed in a suite with an inside window and were pleased with the available wake-up service; the central location was perfect, right in the middle of everything.

Wonderfully friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, good job!
Good position convenient to all the local attractions, in the crowded area. Again, walking distance to Lake of the Restored Sword.

It offers exceptional services. The staff in general is very competent. The location is magnificent and very close to Hoan Kiem Lake which is very beautiful in the day and really fancy at the weekend/holiday night as well as old town area
The bathrooms are poor.

My stay at Brother Inn was fantastic! I stayed for a few nights and the staff was really helpful and gave great advice about things to do in the city. The breakfast was tasty, and they even offered free coffee or tea throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel also helped me book an amazing trip to Halong Bay and Sapa. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hanoi!
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter, close to main sights and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms with all necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent recommendations for dining options.
The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Being in the busy old quarter, it was sometimes noisy at night, so earplugs may be needed.

Comfortable rooms with nice amenities and free Wi-Fi. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with a map and recommendations for places to visit.
The shower lacked a curtain, which made it messy in the bathroom. there was no elevator in the hotel, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage upstairs.
